SYMPTOM(s):
Users cannot connect
You have attempted to connect to a database with too many
users connected to it. Retry the connection later,
or increase -n on the server. (5291)
CHANGE:
Migrated to a new server
CAUSE:
A script that was running on the old machine was not moved over to the new machine. The script killed processes belonging to users not in a file that lists those users allowed to run multiple sessions. Users would log in, log
out (or simply close the window), and then log in again, without the old
processes being killed.
FIX:
Move the old script to the new server.
