CHANGE:
Manually edited ubroker.properties file.
CAUSE:
Corrupted ubroker.properties.
FIX:
Replace the corrupted ubroker.properties with the
<Progress_install_dir>/properties/ubroker.properties.template
and re-add required broker definitions.
