FACT(s) (Environment):
Using Prostrct repair to clear out old shared memory references does not work

CAUSE:
The old shared memory references in the database Master block or Before image point to memory now in use by one of the other databases.
This causes anything attempting to attach to the database to reference the wrong memory.
FIX:
- Stop all databases
- Run Prostrct Repair against all of them
- Restart the databases
