FSM ERROR: INVALID ACTION state= 9 event = 2 : FSM : action= 17 nextstate = 11
FATAL ERROR : (2) Protocol Error. (8121)
Error Unspecified Error ... disconnecting client. (8091)
CAUSE:
A known issue. Bug# 20020403-022. The server threads were incorrectly started
in the READY state. This caused the connect request to be issued to the server
thread before it was ready, resulting in the FSM error.
FIX:
Upgrade to the latest available 9.1C patch, or to the latest Progress version.
