Uninstalling and reinstalling to different location does not work
CAUSE:
The value of the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\48D545A7-E454-11D5-9E56-00C04F68C4F1\InProcServer32\Default string is pointing to the wrong directory location for the msjava.dll.
Use the CLSID in the error to find the registry key with the problem.
FIX:
Progress installs a copy of the msjava.dll to c:\winnt\system32 (%systemroot%\system32). If the default value is pointing to c:\winnt, change the registry entry to point to c:\winnt\system32.
