Obsolete error messages during CHGPRODCT
"Selected file is already defined by Client ADE."
PRO2038: "File <file_name> contains invalid attributes or is improperly defined to dictionary <lib_name>"
"Unable to process selected file <file_name>."
It happens when CHGPRODCT is performed against a dictionary library that really has no changes to add to the server schema.

FIX:
This is a known issue and has been logged as a bug, which was fixed in Progress/400 DataServer V9.1C
