SOAP header is missing in SOAP request.
The procedure object handle has been deleted and recreated in order to define a new SOAP Endpoint.
CAUSE:
Deleting the procedure object handle will make any callback procedures defined to it invalid.
FIX:
The SET-CALLBACK-PROCEDURE needs to be defined again if the procedure object handle has been recreated for any reason.
