SYMPTOM(s):
This version of PROGRESS does not allow compiles. (471)
R-code file not located for "<procedure-name>". (473)
R-code file not located for "/rtb/compile/rtb_xcyn.p". (473)
Development license IS installed on the machine.
CAUSE:
The -rr parameter is used in the client startup parameters. This limits functionality of the session to the Run-time Client, therefore not allowing compiles.
FIX:
Remove the -rr parameter from the startup parameters.
