GOAL:

Which event is raised when a window is restored?

FIX:

Use of the WINDOW-RESTORED window event.
This is fired when a keyboard or mouse action causes the native window system to restore a window and any descendant windows to the state they were in before a prior maximize or minimize event.
The trigger executes after event takes place. However since the native system has control, a NO-APPLY does not stop the event from occurring.
