CAUSE:
Bug# 20040213-009
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later
Workaround:
Modify PUBLISH and SUBSCRIBE statements so that named event is published from a procedure handle, and the widget handle is passed as a parameter.
