SYMPTOM(s):
Install shield has detected an active process: procfg.dll
Uninstall fails with a message like the above
CAUSE:
Admin Service is running
FIX:
Start "proenv" and run the command
proadsv -stop
Exit from "proenv"
Run again "uninstall".
