PSC error 99 is seen on the client machine
Using SNA to connect to Progress/400 Server schema 7.x/8.x
The error return code is "undefined" when using the APPC communications DLL AS4EHN.dll.
CAUSE:
The -Sn parameter will evoke a program which will then connect to the database on the AS/400. Error 4836 occurs if the program specified is incorrect or unrecognized.
FIX:
Verify that the correct entry is in the -Sn parameter within the connection string.
