Dynamic Lookup browse label are not translated with Global translations.

Bug# OE00100312
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B or later release
Workaround:
Create another translation record specific for the browse columns, with the following details:
Language - <Target language>
Source Language - <default language>
Object name - (leave this blank)
Widget type - Browse Column
Widget name - <table name>_<field name> (underscore separates table and field name)
Original Label - <original label text>
Translated Label - <translated label text>
