FIX:
The oibroker should be shut down using proshut with -Gw parameter followed by -H and -S parameters with the same values used to start it,
e.g. if the broker is started with -
$DLC/bin/_prooibk -SV -H hostname -S prosv01
- then it can be stopped with -
proshut -Gw -H hostname -S prosv01
