SYMPTOM(s):
Report builder is failing to save the Times New Roman font.
When the report font is changed to the Times New Roman font and the report is saved, the font disappears (font field value is blank) when the report is reopened in Report Builder.
This problem occurs only with one specific report and one specific font.
This problem occurs only on one specific windows XP machine. Could not be reproduced in house.
CAUSE:
Problem with the windows XP and / or Progress installation on that machine.
FIX:
Reinstall fresh copies of both windows XP and Progress.
