SYMPTOM(s):
Error 724 when running .r code that perform some updates in the database
progress.cfg file has todays date time stamp on it.
The Progress product update was aborted.
CAUSE:
The progress.cfg file was over written even though the product update install was aborted.
FIX:
Replace the new progress.cfg file with a copy of the original one.
