Selecting OK to exit out of option/preferences after opening ProxyGen generates a java error.
Java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:com/progress/open4gl/proxygen/PGGenInfo: method valPackage(Ljava/lang/String;)Ljava/lang/String; not found.
Installed Open Client in the same directory as the previous install of Provision 9.1D 07.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CHANGE:
Installed Open Client after service pack 07 was applied.
CAUSE:
Open Client was an added component install, which introduced files that had not been updated to service pack 07. Each service pack verifies what products are installed and only makes changes required for those installed products.
FIX:
Re-apply the service pack to bring all installed components to the same level.
