FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.x
SYMPTOM(s):
Application can not gain access to the WSDL file.
404 error - file not found.
Application runs fine on a local machine.
Application will not run from a remote client.
CAUSE:
The Proxy was generated using "localhost" as the URL for the WSA.
FIX:
When generating proxies for a Web Service you are asked to enter the "URL for WSA". You must enter the actual URL for the web server that is deploying the WSA.
