ADM-NEW-RECORD is an ADM attribute ( add update copy )

What is ADM-NEW-RECORD?
------------------------

ADM-NEW-RECORD is an ADM attribute that specifies whether
or not a record has been newly-created (via ADD or COPY)
or if it is an existing record that is simply being updated.
ADM-NEW-RECORD and other ADM attributes are documented in the
UIB Developer's Guide in Section 11.3.

ADM attributes are meant to be used by the ADM developer
whereas variables that you may encounter in the underlying
ADM code (e.g adm-adding-record) are NOT meant to be used
by the ADM developer. ADM variables should not be referenced
in these applications because these are subject to change in
future versions of Progress just as all of the underlying ADM
code is subject to change. For more information about this
please see Notebook entry 16167 'Statement to Programmers
on New Releases of ADM code'.
