ActiveX events are no longer being raised in Crystal Reports 9
CHANGE:
Upgraded from Crystal Reports 8.5 to Crystal Reports 9
CAUSE:
A bug in Crystal Reports was causing a call to their ActiveX object to return null instead of a valid event object so the 4GL could never connect the event procedure to the actual event.
FIX:
Install the latest service pack for Crystal 9.
