Upgrading client machine with new version of WebClient
Client workstation ignores version difference
WebClient does not automatically upgrade to latest version on client machine
Client continues to run with original installation.
CHANGE:
Created new WebClient application based on latest service pack for Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
Bug# 20031118-009
CAUSE:
If the current version of WebClient is at a service pack level (e.g. 9.1D05), WebClient will not upgrade to a later service pack.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D08 or later.
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0A01 or later.
