SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to print from Solaris machine
Can print to same printer from Windows
Print jobs are in the Sun server print queue
Printer is enabled
Printing handled through Print Scheduler
FACT(s) (Environment):
Sun Solaris SPARC
CHANGE:
Rebooted the server due to other issues on system
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
The problem is outside of Progress, as the jobs move from Progress to the OS print queue. Sun needs to be contacted.
