Running program which contains only the 4GL QUIT command
Prowin32.exe is launched but never exits
Same program run from proenv launches and completes.
Prowin32.exe stays resident in Task Manager
CHANGE:
Running commercial release of 9.1D
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Install 9.1D06 service pack
