Dynamics: Problem with conversion of StaticViewer to DynViewer.
When trying to convert StaticViewer to DynViewer, the DynComboBox disappears.

CAUSE:
Bug# 20021007-005
FIX:
Fixed in Dynamcis 2.0A. However, for this to work the Static SDF must be registered in the repository.
