SYMPTOM(s):
"javax.jms.JMSException: An open connection has not been established"
"javax.jms.JMSException: An open connection has not been established" is a common error that could be thrown in many different situations. This specific issue involved a SonicMQ Broker that had security enabled. With security disabled the error was not observed.
The exception was thrown when the beginSession call was invoked.
The Sonic jar files referenced in the PROGRESSCP are older than the version of the SonicMQ Brokers jar files.
FIX:
Update the PROGRESSCP to include the correct version of the SonicMQ Brokers jar files.
