The executable rpagent started by the DB Service manager ended in error. (10215)
Access to database <db> not allowed. The database is enabled for site replication but either replication is not running, or this process is not authorized to open a replication enabled database. (10356) when starting database from Progress Explorer
Getting error 10215 when starting replicated database
Database name is mixed from upper and lower case
Unable to start replicated database from command line
Database name is properly recorded in target.repl.properties, eg database=dATABASe
Database name is properly recorded in source.repl.properties, eg database=dATABASe
