prodel command fails with error 651.
Index reconstruction utility was aborted. Rerun it to completion. (651)
Previouslt, proutil -C idxbuild failed.
CAUSE:
A crashed index rebuild leaves some internal flags in an uncertain status. As a safeguard, any access to the database is forbidden, except by a new run of the index rebuild utility.
FIX:
Remove the db files by using OS commands like 'rm' or 'del'.
