Database log file shows error:
omIDToarea called with 0 Objectnumber
FACT(s) (Environment):
Using ALT/F4 to exit application

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00100000
CAUSE:
The error: omidToArea called with O objectNumber means the given record has been found but the area in which it resides is 0, which does not exist.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1D09 or higher
