Error 1180 errno 43 trying to connect the database as single-user
CAUSE:
Shared memory segment header corrupted lost fully qualified DB name
FIX:
Edit the .st file and fully qualified DB name for each extent.
Run prostrct repair to remove the shmid from the master block:
prostrct repair dbname dbname.st
Restart the database broker.
