Progress New Debugger comes up with no Step Out button
Progress 9.1D05 is installed
CAUSE:
9.1D05 is the first version in which the New Debugger was introduced and at that time the Step Out button was not yet available.
The Step Out button was introduced in 9.1D06.
FIX:
Download the latest Progress 9 Service Pack.
