This version of PROGRESS does not support a database server. (1733)
ProControl is used to start databases
CAUSE:
ProControl may be seeing a different version of the Progress.cfg file on your system.
FIX:
Verify that environment variables e.g. DLC, PROCFG, etc. defined within ProControl on the Environment Tabs both at the main level and within the database details do not have incorrect information.
