Go to http://www.progress.com/tech_support/index.ssp
click on "Product Update and documentation" on the left menu and click on "Progress and WebSpeed" · Product Documentation link.
Select either one of DynaWeb HTML or pdf files for Porgress and Webspeed Products
On the "Getting Started Collection" you will find "Progress Version 9 Product Update Bulletin". Finnaly look for chapter " C.3 Installing and Configuring Web Servers and Java Servlet Engines"
