versioninfo.dll file not found error when installing service pack
unable to obtain version info error when installing service pack
CAUSE:
Trying to install service pack to wrong Progress version, e.g. v9.1D06 to a v9.1B installation.
FIX:
Ensure that the service pack to be installed is for the correct Progress version, e.g. service pack 9.1D06 should be installed to a 9.1D installation, not to a 9.1B installation.
