Getting error that 'ELSE' statement has no matching 'IF' statement
CAUSE:
Code was modified (many lines of code were commented out) and now the code does in fact have an ELSE statement that no longer has a matching IF statement
FIX:
Modify the application code and remove (or correct) the code
