SYMPTOM(s):
Changing Numsep and Numdec in registry or inifile has no effect
CAUSE:
Expected behavior. The -Numsep and -Numdec Client Startup Parameters have to be defined in a parameter file (pf file), not in the environment (ini file or registry)
FIX:
Set the -Numsep and -Numdec Client Startup Parameters in a parameter file (pf file).
