GOAL:
Why PSCTimer does run properly even if prox.dll has a wrong path in registry?
GOAL:
Consequences of wrong registry entry for prox.dll
CAUSE:
The concerned registry is under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\4GL Development\9.1x\SystemDLLs]
FIX:
As prox.dll is within %DLC%\bin and the PATH for Progress application always includes that directory, there is no problem to load the dll even if its address is wrong within the registry.
