Scroll Bars appearing on some windows of application
The scroll bars do not appear on all client work stations.
The scroll bars did not always occur on the same client workstation which currently has the problem.
The application has not changed
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1C

Windows XP
CHANGE:
Windows Themes changed.
CAUSE:
Windows XP Themes and appearance were modified from standard
FIX:
Restore defaults to Windows Classic Appearance and Windows Classic Themes.
Since screen layout is partially dependent on environment, the Windows XP Themes make changes to things like fonts or title bar width may negatively effect screen proportions.
