SYMPTOM(s):
Turned on the "Title Bar" attribute of a browse widget in AppBuilder.
Browse contains a blank title.
Saved the window.
Loaded the browse window back up in AppBuilder.
Title bar no longer shows up when running the window.
"Title Bar" attribute is turned off when looking at the browse property sheet dialog.
CAUSE:
Text in the "Title" fill-in of the Browse Property Sheet Dialog contains a question mark (?). This causes AppBuilder to turn off the browse's "Title Bar" attribute when loading the window program back up.
FIX:
Take the question mark (?) character out of the title so that no text is displayed in the title bar of a browse widget.
