The version 9 word break tables *.wbt can be used within codepage families.

FIX:
Version 9 word-break tables (those found in the .wbt files) properly handle conversions within codepage families, such as Eastern Europe, Western Europe, etc. So if a database uses the ibm850 codepage, the iso01bas.wbt or m1252bas.wbt files could be loaded as word break tables.
The m12*.wbt files cover all the non Western single-byte codepages.
