SYMPTOM(s):
File <filename> is not the correct transaction log file. (2031)
error 2031 on "rfutil <db> -C aimage new"
CAUSE:
The transaction log file has become corrupted and "aimage new" needs to open and write into that file
FIX:
Stop and restart 2 Phase Commit *** when database is stopped ***
1. proutil <db> -C 2phase end
2. proutil <db> -C 2phase begin
3. rfutil <db> -C aimage new
