Slow performance using Webspeed with Apache Webserver.
Webspeed page takes 3-4 seconds to display.
Webspeed broker log file shows a couple of attempts from the client to connect before it is successful.
CAUSE:
Apache Webserver bug.
FIX:
Upgrade to Apache 2.0.44.
