Proadsv -start fails.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Unsatisfied link error when starting AdminService.
Proserve command works.

CHANGE:
Progress install was copied from one host to another.
CAUSE:
The copying of a Progress install from one machine to another is not a supported installation method.
FIX:
Delete the copied Progress installation directories and install Progress following the instructions in the Progress Installation and Configuration Guide for UNIX.
