VALIDATION MESSAGE: Unexpected error: java.lang.NullPointerException. (8143)
Error 8143 occurs when running nsconfig
No child instance found under broker type/parent
i.e., child = asbroker1, broker parent/type = UBroker.AS
No instance defined under type of broker
i.e., no instance defined under UBroker.OR
Can not upgrade to Progress 9.1D/WebSpeed 3.1D
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020103-015
CAUSE:
Progress issue, code can not handle no instance (null instance) defined under broker definitions.
FIX:
Have at least one instance of each type of broker.
