FIX:
The display settings for the Character Client must be set correctly or the resulting display screen may be very difficult or cumbersome for the client to use and view.
To make the proper adjustments do the following:
1. Start a character client session.
start/programs/progress/character client
2. In the session window title bar "right mouse click" and select properties.
Select the Layout tab and adjust the Window size to suit the application.
To eliminate scrolling and other display issues, suggested settings to start with are:
Window Size
Width 80
Height 25
Screen Buffer Size should match settings used for Window Size.
3. The Font size can also effect display characteristics.
Suggested setting to start with is Raster Founts 8x12.
4. If the Window is still not desirable, select the Options tab and in the Display Options Select "Full Screen" radio button.
The settings may vary due to screen resolution or personal preferences settings.
