OpenEdge 10 ProxyGen does not start
Application fails to initialize when starting ProxyGen
Getting GPF when starting OpenEdge 10 ProxyGen
FileMon output last entry shows mscoree.dll not found
mscoree.dll not found when starting OpenEdge 10 ProxyGen
CAUSE:
Microsoft .NET framework is not installed
FIX:
Install Microsoft .NET framework (it's a prerequisite for OE 10 ProxyGen) and restart ProxyGen
