Cannot start procedure editor on UNIX
_edit.p was not found (293)
Unable to run the PROGRESS Procedure Editor _edit.p. (3261)
CAUSE:
Corrupted or missing $DLC\tty directory
FIX:
Restore $DLC\tty from backup.
If no backup is available, do a temporary new install of Progress in a different directory and copy over the $DLC to the "real" install.
