FIX:
On Windows XP you can change the size of swap as follows:
Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings -> Advanced -> Virtual Memory -> Change
On Windows 2003 as follows:
MyComputer -> properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings -> Advanced
-> Virtual Memory -> Change
You may also want to set "Adjust for best peformance of" to Background
servies and "Choose how to allocate system memory" to System cache.
