Error 379 when shelling out to DOS from the Procedure editor
** OS escape command too long. (379)
This error can occur if you have the TEMP Environment Variable set to
a path that exceeds approx 80 chars. Windows uses the directroy set
by the TEMP VAR to store a swap file. If this directory is too long
and you execute 'DOS' in the Procedure editor you will get error 379.
This was reported and dupped with version 6.2m22 for WINDOWS and
should only be a problem when running MS Windows.
