SYMPTOM(s):
Can't download WebClient application using NetScape 4.0x browser.
"The setup player can't not be referenced from this web page. Check the syntax of your applet tag."
Installation works fine using Microsoft IE 6.
CAUSE:
The Netscape (4.08) browser installation was corrupted.
FIX:
This problem can be resolved using one of the following two approaches:
Reinstall the Netscape web browser
or
Use another vendor's web browser.
