Trying to use XCODE as a 4GL statement.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
There is no XCODE statement in the 4GL, only an XCODE option for the COMPILE statement.
FIX:
To encrypt source code, use the XCODE command line utility.
This utility is part of the Progress Toolkit product, which needs to be licensed separately.
